Refocus and Go Again

Dr. Buske drops in to share his daily takeaway which is ‘go again’. He was having some issues last night trying to do some Zoom recordings. He had to do things multiple times and spent an hour he didn’t really have which left him frustrated. During his morning meditation today the words ‘go again’ came up. Dr. Buske says for him that means he has a commitment to his result. Between the stimulus and the response there is a pause. It’s in that pause that defines who you are as a human being. When we’re frustrated or angry, fear holds us back. When we operate out of fear, anger, or frustration, we rarely will get the result we want. Take the time to pause, breathe, then reconnect. Ask yourself what is your original result you want to obtain. Then refocus and go again.
