Reformed Distinctives #5 - Confessional

Christians can say they follow Jesus while disagreeing sharply about who He is and what He has done. Scripture joins heartfelt belief in His resurrection to the spoken confession that Jesus is Lord and truly God. Creeds gather sound teaching so it can be studied, taught to children, and protected from error. They do not create living faith.
