En Norte de Santander se proyecta reforzar el ‘Sistema de Alerta Temprana, ante eventos climáticos extremos en las Cuencas de los ríos Zulia y Pamplonita’, conocido como (SATC), y las entidades que lo van a hacer realidad son la Unidad Nacional de Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres (UNGRD), la Gobernación de Norte de Santander y Corponor.
