Episode Description
While there is an abundance of historical, psychological, physical, and even scientific and medical evidence of the benefits of taking one day off each week to completely rest, the vast majority of people—especially in our modern Western world—fight against this rhythm that God rooted into creation.

Maybe one of the biggest reasons we fight against it—especially as followers of Jesus—is that we don't truly understand the "why" behind Sabbath rest. And that's what we will reframe in this message, week two of our series, Reframing Rest.
