Regain Control of Your Life With This Easy Technique

from Geek Psychology: Play Life Better

Send me a textI'm sure you've had those days when you feel like life is just on autopilot. When it's hard to get out of bed, and even harder to stay motivated. But what if I told you that there was a way to make your worst days better? And, once you make your worst days better, that will naturally improve your best days, thus improving your life. What's the secret? \"Variance\" - but let's call it our Gear Score.Think about it like this: Let's say you've got a character in a role playing game with crappy gear. You've been ignoring it for weeks because you're too busy, you've been distracted by some other shiny object, but eventually you realize that not taking care of that one crappy aspect is actually bringing down your whole gear score. When you get around to it—you get rid of your crappy gear one by one. You sell it or trade it, add some gems, enchant it, or you *put yourself in situations that are more likely to drop the important gear that you need*. And with each piece of crappy gear you get rid of, things get better! Most people want to shoot for high-end raid gear but don't have the basic gear taken care of - so they wipe, they struggle, and then they get moody about it and don't actually get what they want. If they systematically improved their gear by getting rid of the worst parts, they'd naturally be able to pursue bigger goals. But how do we apply this principle to our lives? And how can we use it to become happier and more capable of raising our overall *gear score*?Well… that's what I'm going to show you today in this episode.#geeklife*****Connect and Support Geek Psychology #geekpsychology *****Support here: www.patreon.com/geekpsychologyAll Social Links: http://bio.geekpsychology.comCourses: http://courses.geekpsychology.comGeeky personal development merch based on the MBTI / 16 Personalities: http://loot.geekpsychology.comwww.geekpsychology.com (Discord: https://discord.gg/xqmdgEw)www.inowfeelpositive.com (INFP only safe place and community with Discord)*****WANT TO BE COACHED BY ME?*********Connect and Support Geek Psychology #geekpsychology ****FREE 8 Hero Personality Assessment: https://geekpsychology.com/ Support the Show.
