Regan received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Iowa and earned her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. Regan founded and acted as President of the Ave Maria Health and Wellness Association. During her time at Ave Maria School of Law, Regan was on the Moot Court Board. While at Ave Maria School of Law, Regan was selected to compete in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the UCLA School of Law Cybersecurity Moot Court Competition in Los Angeles, California. In law school, Regan worked as a law clerk at the Garvin Law Firm, one of the most reputable and longstanding personal injury firms in Southwest Florida. Regan focuses her personal injury practice primarily on the representation of people involved in auto accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, and other personal injury cases.
