Chapter 25: The Life Manual for Dating and Finding Self-Love in your 20s “So I just got married…to myself.”  Isabel Campanelli is a relationship coach and guide who helps individuals realize that anything is possible and that everyone is worthy of love. This might be a voice in your head that is a people pleaser or chronic self-sabotager, for instance. Remember, all of your flawed internal voices stem from trauma. Once you invest time into seeking self love, you can heal your trauma and come to accept all parts of yourself. Feel all the feelings. Our feelings have messages. Listen. Slow down to receive.
