Regency Petroleum Launches IPO

We got another IPO  in the house! Regency Petroleum is seeking to raise 287 million JMD in total in its upcoming IPO at an offer priced at 1-dollar per share. The offer opens November 24 and closes December 8. Applications will be accepted through brokers, GK Capital Management, NCB Capital Markets GoIPO. Joining me now we have CEO of Regency Petroleum Limited, Andrew Williams  and VP of Investment Banking at GK Capital Management Limited, Douglas Robinson.
