Regret is inevitable. How I use it to shape my mindset.

from Timeless Wisdom · host Nick De Gregorio

Regret is something we all end up crossing roads with. It comes up differently in every individual. I always had the belief that I should never regret anything because it made me into the person I am and brought me a teaching or lesson I can use in life. For this episode, I flip the script on myself. I explore feelings of regret intentionally. By going down that journey and allowing it to happen I was able to pinpoint what i really felt to my core and put the pieces together for what it means for my self today and my mission going forward. The intention of the episode was to explore different ways of seeing outcomes to decisions or outcomes we look back on and ask if we could of done better or chosen better. I always try to remember life is not meant to be optimized in every form nor is it even achievable. At some point, it comes down to outlook and what we are able to accept. Awareness and intention to what we are choosing for ourselves in big decisions or the everyday habits is a good way to go avoid that feeling of not being able to live with decisions we made.
