The role of the EU and ACER to ensure an adequate regulatory framework for projects of common interest Leonardo Meeus is associate professor of Energy Markets at the Vlerick Business School in Brussels and part-time professor at the Florence School of Regulation of the European University Institute. He has recently published a policy brief on the topic of this webinar.
