He currently owns a 218 unit property in Little Rock AR and 276 units in Huntsville AL, and 130 units in Atlanta GA with his sights on another $100M in acquisitions in 2020-2021.   After graduating from Illinois State University with a degree in Marketing, Sales, and Organizational leadership in 2009, Garrett went on to manage a successful nightlife business in Chicago. Leveraging his contacts in the industry he started investing in small multifamily projects with foreign investor capital.
