Reid Wilson, Secretary of the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality

Brownfield sites have caused environmental issues across the state leading to population and due to regulations the inability to developed the land they occupy. The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality has been making efforts to clean up these sites and prepare them to be occupied. Jon Champion talks with Reid Wilson, the Secretary North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, about these Brownfield sites and the progress they are making towards cleaning them up.
