This morning on the Big Breakfast Rebecca was joined by Reindeer handler Eddie Drew. If you have been watching the TV recently which we all have, you have seen the Christmas Supervalu advert for this year. The advert follows a little girl who nurses an injured reindeer called ''Deermuid'' back to health before watching him fly off to be with Santa just in time for Christmas. Deermuid was abandoned as a youngster 5 years ago and Eddie has been taking care of him since then. Curiously enough though, Deermuid disappears for about two days around Christmas which Eddie has no explanation for … Deermuid's pre-tv diet consists of digestive biscuits and carrots.
