Reinhard is now CEO of Reinhard Schiebler Consulting, where he supports companies in critical situations, or to achieve top-level results as an Interim Executive. Throughout his career, he worked in various countries including the USA, Russia, Switzerland, Philippines, Finland, Portugal, and Germany and has previously held various leadership positions in companies including Philip Morris, and Glatfelter, before his most recent role as interim CFO of SGL Carbon in Germany. He's also an expert in operational excellence and building powerful leadership teams, and has a passion for supporting senior executives as a personal coach. In our discussion, Reinhard is able to share some interesting examples of where leadership teams can fail, even if they have a solid foundation of continuous improvement. He illustrates his points with some great analogies and at the end, we have a really interesting discussion around what servant leadership really means and the importance of self-leadership.
