Rejected and Received

This sermon explores Acts 13:44-52 to demonstrate that human rejection never frustrates God's sovereign purpose. The preacher highlights how Jewish leaders rejected the gospel out of jealousy, yet Paul and Barnabas responded with boldness by turning to the Gentiles. This shift reveals that God's saving grace is limitless and not confined by human opposition or prejudice. The passage assures believers that their responsibility is to proclaim the message faithfully, while salvation remains entirely dependent on God's appointment. Ultimately, those who trust in Christ possess a joy and endurance rooted in the Holy Spirit, unaffected by external persecution.
