Rejuvenating yourself after life's happened

Many of us have life-altered moments that come to us or even just day to day walk that we lose our internal life force. We forget that we can be who we are, not necessarily in our old story it may need need to be a new story Yet how do we get and stay out of that rabbit hole. It's not necessarily that we don't need to go down a rabbit hole, sometimes we need to have moments where those rabbit holes happen. The thing is though how can we climb ourselves out of that moment of the rabbit hole how can we rejuvenate ourselves into having a life. I was talking to somebody in grief and she said you know for the last year and a half I've been faking it; she was almost hard on herself when she said that. Sometimes we have to fake it to make it to get ourselves past a very big moment, a big hardship. It's time for us to have that moment of where no matter what our life is the outer world, the inner world; government, grief, something passing animals, whatever it may be labeled there's a moment where we can have this rejuvenation. Please know it's not necessarily changing the story but it's living beyond the story it's living in spite of the story. And when I'm talking about this it's that moment of honoring who we are and what we've gone through and then living beyond it. Sometimes it's mantras, sometimes it's this or it's that. I'm going to give you some insight on how to negotiate this. I will be channeling a deity about halfway through the hour show to give perspectives of their voice and then I will be pulling Oracle cards towards the end of the show to all that are here live.
