It is a statistical fact that more Churches are closing than are opening every year. Congregations are getting older, and most Churches do not have a contingency plan to keep their ministry going, once the congregation gets small enough that it cannot continue. One Church in North East Minneapolis decided to be forward thinking, and decided to find a younger Church to merge with, to keep their ministry legacy alive in their community.
