Finding the right mentor in your graduate studies is an important part of any student journey. It can be a research project in itself. This can help develop and advance the work you want to pursue in public health including advancing research skill set and learning from their experience in the field.  Ateeb Ahmad Parray, a 2nd year PhD student in the Department of International Health (Health  Systems) , shares what's important to find the right mentor and support in graduate school, especially in his work at the Johns Hopkins Bloombeg School of Public Health.
