Relationship Over Function
from Segullah Studios Podcast · host Segullah
I see a shift where we move away from form-over-relationships, where the relationship is preeminent. Where relationships become the carrier wave for communicating form and function for a specific time and season. But when that form is no longer necessary it ceases, but the relational carrier wave continues. New messages come and go, but the carrier wave never disappears. So the form and function changes, but the relationship remain. That, I think, is what we need to do—to see happen. Flip-flop priority. We don't function together and then have a relationship. We have a relationship together and then we function together. That's what family really is about. Right? Get full access to Segullah Studios at www.segullahstudios.com/subscribe
