She was selected to attend the Berklee College of Music and has worked on many musical pursuits. Her passion for music and singing was developed in church and further explored when introduced to Kevin Peck, manager for R&B group Dru Hill. Erica Janelle's vocals can be heard supporting the voice of Debra Killings on her "Surrender" Album. Additionally, she has provided background vocals on the Gospel Heritage Awards for many of the greats including Yolanda Adams, Darryl Coley, Fred Hammond, Donnie McClurkin Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Michelle Williams and many others. Erica Janelle has prepared her whole life for this time in her career.
