Relationship Vision Starts with Honouring Yourself

In this episode, Phil Jalovec defines “relationship.” He says it starts with a relationship vision. He also shares how to tell when we are emotionally unavailable and its impact on our ability to build strong bonds. He explains the degrees of safety either physical, financial, or emotional and how these feelings of safety either allow or block our ability to build trust with others. Relationships are about you honouring yourself. To begin to honour self, Phil says to get clear on what you want, what you do not want, how you would like to show up in a relationship, and have a clear direction.
