Hello and welcome to part one of our new “Relationships in Medicine” series. This series will explore how romantic relationships can work during medical school, the challenges that these relationships often face, and helpful tools and strategies for navigating these challenges. We will host in-depth discussions and explore the personal stories of unique couples with partners who are in medical training. In this episode, we host returning guest star Ellie Sidler (UCCOM class 2022) and discuss key challenges that all medical school relationships face, including dealing with absence, competitive stress, and the "postponement trap".
