Relationships is about walking in the rain with strangers

It's very easy to critize people who are looking for opportunities to elevate themselves, we tend to say if you just accept that who you are is set in stone, stop wanting to change everything around you. This is a mistake and will increase suffering because what we all need is support, understanding and respect. Yes we can pull ourselves up but we need help to get to that point, we don't always recover from trauma but we learn to live with it
