We are pain-filled creatures. That pain moves us to develop certain behaviors we use to cope. Unfortunately, these tools often end up causing us more pain. Dr. Sams explores this cycle of pain: hard work for us fallen creatures, but it's work that illuminates the blind spots in our lives.
