Somewhere in the background of the madness has been the Chicago Bulls, who are 15-8 since Nikola Mirotic returned to the team in early December, and have won 4 of their last 5 games.  After trading Jimmy Butler during the offseason, the Bulls are in full rebuilding mode, and things are seemingly further along than expected.
