Relay For Life (2013)
from Studio 226's StudioCast Hosted by Yoshi
July I'm showcasing a mix I did for a very select few back in May. As most know I did the Relay For Life walk back mid May. The very idea of doing a throwback style mix was in the back of my mind and as in typical fashion I start a playlist and move on to what is next. But I have to say I'm glad I did this mix, I put a lot of my childhood into it, a lot of what my fans wanna hear as well. I get requests all the time...so I'm giving back with a special mix So here is a mix of 80's and 90's tracks with a breath of new life. I hope you have fun taking the travel down memory lane. I know the opening track brought me back to the mid 80's the second i dropped the needle so let's see what you think. From Michael Jackson to CeCe Peniston to Madonna to Shannnon (oh hell yeah, u can't do an 80's mix w/o some Freestyle!!) I covered a lot of bases here. Mix will be available on MixCloud & Podomatic...links to follow tomorrow. Thank you all for the love, the wonderful support and great feedback. Much appreciated. Keep rockin', keep rollin' and keep the beat moving!! -- Yoshi
