Release, Don't Escape!

As I get ready for our favourite time Mercury Retrograde I wanted to leave you with words of encouragement. I understand this time is a trying time for many, but embrace the difficult so your harvest can be simple. Release, recharge, and recover. If you are looking to engage with me make sure you follow sheknewnothing on it and check out my igtv episodes. My condolences to Nia Wilson's family may your death never be in vain. Black women tell your stories truly and often. The start of the revolution will not be televised because it starts in your heart and mind. Until next time it's skndeep and I'm out!!
