Navigating the process of change requires us to move beyond emotional reactions to thinking strategically about what needs to be done and the order in which we need to take action. In medical centers when there is an emergency, you first see someone in triage where they assess the situation and determine in what order action needs to be taken. We need to do the same in our own assessment of our circumstances and situations.
