Released Hours Before Assault

A chilling case in northeast Colorado: A 39-year-old man with a documented history of sex crimes was released from jail just hours before allegedly assaulting a 13-year-old girl. His prior arrests—including incompetence to stand trial in 2020, a 2024 guilty plea for indecent exposure, and failure to register as a sex offender—raise serious red flags. Released on a $500 bond after being booked for violating a protection order, he reportedly lured the teen into an alley and committed the assault within three hours. Authorities are pursuing justice as this case underscores the urgent need for accountability and systemic reform. Support the show: Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
