Religion didn’t start as rules or buildings. It started as something very physical. Walking together, breathing together, looking at the same sky, sharing food, trusting that tomorrow would come. Before beliefs lived in the mind, they lived in the body through rhythm, routine, and shared actions.Problems begin when those shared actions freeze. When a system meant to connect turns into something rigid that controls behavior instead of supporting life. In the physical week, religion asks a simple question: does what you practice help you live better with others, or does it limit your movement, breath, and curiosity?These texts and audios are inspired by Matias De Stefano and the I AM Path journey shared in Egypt during 2020 / 21.
