Religion: Do We Practice What We Preach?
from Desert Politics Hosted by Todd Landfried
In this season of celebration and giving, people’s thoughts often go to those who are less fortunate. Many people, including politicians, publicly claim Judeo-Christian ethics are at the core of what drives them, but do their actions and ours match up with their words? Joining host Todd Landfried to discuss whether we're practicing what we preach are Pastor Steve Bartlett of Abundant Life World Outreach in Chicago, IL (abundantlifechicago.org), and Dennis Stout, co-host of the program “About Face,” a Vietnam veteran and a member of Veterans for Peace. As usual, the program included calls from the audience.
