The Legion of Doom challenge the Godwinns for the tag titles and if they lose, they promise to retire. Stone Cold Steve Austin gets presented with a new contract from Vince McMahon. On Nitro, The Outsiders must defend the tag titles or they'll be stripped of their championship belts, and seeing as Kevin Nash is injured; Syxx steps in for Big Sexy. Curt Hennig faces Diamond Dallas Page in the main event, and Raven's faction gets 2 new members.
