Reliving The War Episode 67 - January 20th 1997

Reliving The War takes a look at the WWF vs WCW "Monday Night War" that took place from the mid-90s to early 2000s. Each and every segment of WWF Raw and WCW Nitro gets compared to find out which show was really the best. A great episode of Raw this week opens up with Bret Hart dropping a bombshell on Vince McMahon and the WWF; Bret is quitting the company. After what happened at the Royal Rumble, Bret feels he's getting screwed over by HBK, Stone Cold, Vince McMahon and the WWF itself. Gorilla Monsoon comes up with a resolution to entice Bret back - The Final Four match. On Nitro, Hulk Hogan gets prepared for his match against The Giant at nWo Souled Out. Lex Luger, meanwhile, gets ready to take on Scott Hall at Clash of the Champions the following night. Both Scott Hall and Lex Luger are in action tonight as Harlem Heat battle Luger & Hall in separate matchups.
