Relying on your team

Adam Moreau, host of The Layback Podcast, is flying solo again on episode 129. With inspiration from his incredibly brilliant wife, he elected to discuss the importance of leaning on a team or support system. After tackling the first year of fatherhood, Adam recognizes the importance of being able to share experiences, discuss the hard times, and delegate when necessary. In normal team settings, such as in the dugout, this is much easier. A bit of difficulty is added with the silos of remote style work many of us fall into.
