“Be flexible and adapt, as long as you know what your end goal is, the rest falls into place” ~ Andee RyderThere’s no denying the love, mutual respect and admiration between our host and today’s guest. Learning that they’re old friends comes as no surprise. As well as an ex housemate of Kitty’s, Andee Ryder (Dee) is the Producer/Co-Managing Director of Misfits Entertainment, and has been double BAFTA nominated for MCQUEEN - the powerful feature documentary on Alexander McQueen. Previously to this, Dee had accumulated extensive experience within the TV and film industry working on major Hollywood blockbusters, feature documentaries and multi returning documentaries. She has also produced countless music videos, commercials and boasts a significant amount of experience as a VFX producer. Our fascinating and inspirational guest today is the epitome of someone living her passions and doing their dharma. From a young age, filmmaking was something she turned from a hobby to a career. Listening to this interview you’ll learn how Dee steered her life so that she was always doing, and being, what worked for her, and that even in times of struggle and hardship she did not compromise herself. Not only this, but so much more too! For instance:•That those who should have encouraged and supported her ideas, were the very ones who put up the barriers, and how Dee circumvented this to learn from her own mistakes.•The journey that took her from being a runner on a TV series to a double BAFTA nominated film maker and the signs, signals and synchronicities that presented themselves along the way.•How discomfort in her own skin was the start of a metamorphosis, and what it was that lead to this NEED to change. •What it was that saw her through the difficulties and challenges that presented themselves on her path to success.•How kindly and patiently Dee deals with those who don’t understand or support the transition she went through.Your heart and mind will be blown open during this wonderfully candid and honest interview. You’ll be inspired to carry out what works for you in your personal life, your career and beyond. Embrace what you love and have the courage to change what no longer serves your higher self.
