"Remember the Baskets!" 5th Sunday (Luke 9:12-17)

While the crowd saw bread, Christ was teaching His disciples to remember the baskets—the evidence of God's overflowing faithfulness. This sermon explores how surrender, sacrifice, fasting, and even the Cross become pathways to God's greater blessings, and how every Divine Liturgy invites us to carry home a basket of remembrance, pointing us ultimately to the true Bread of Life, our Lord Jesus Christ.
