remember the first time: a confidence meditation
from Nourish with Sarah - Holistic Wellness & More
A short guided meditation to go with last week's episode on confidence. Last week I said confidence is built from evidence, not handed out as a trait. This is a way to actually feel that. You'll go back to the first time you did something you can now do easily, remember what it really felt like in your body, come forward to now, and notice the gap. That gap is evidence, and it's already yours. Then you carry it over to the thing you're scared of at the moment. Do it once today. Then save it and use it the morning of anything that scares you. Sitting, lying down, or on a walk. No experience with meditation needed.
