And while I love most of his games, Mega Man 9 is like one of the best slices of a phenomenal pizza. This game is so...fucking...good.And what's really wild about MM9 is that it kinda came outta nowhere. Mega Man 8 released in the late 90's, and while we had some spin-off games, it seemed like the mainline Mega series was Mega dead. And then all of sudden Capcom announced that a new game was in the works, and it was going back to its classic 8-bit roots. I was excited, but a little skeptical. Fortunately, it turned out that they not only reached, but exceeded my expectations. Mega Man 9 is beloved by practically every Mega Man fan, and with good reason. It might just be the best game in the series.I'm rolling solo this week.
