Remember the Poor | Laura Macfarlane
from CGC Wynberg Hosted by Common Ground Church Wynberg
Scripture makes it clear: helping the poor isn't just a good deed—it honours our Maker and is a matter of true justice. But in a city like Cape Town, what does it actually look like to live this out? In this message, Laura helps us unpack the biblical mandate to actively remember those in need. We are challenged to move beyond giving our "leftovers" and instead step into meaningful action: praying by name , speaking up against exploitation , and learning to share freely even when it costs us. Tune in as we reflect on how to start with God and live out His compassion this week.
