Remember Your Redemption. As Israel will be heading into the wilderness wanderings and eventually ending up in the Promised Land, God gives them reminders (nationally and individually) of His strong hand in bringing them out of the land of slavery. Likewise, Christian, He calls us to remember our redemption corporately and personally; constantly reminding us that He is the Author of our Salvation and that He who began a good work in us will bring us safely home. Our call in the meantime is to Remember. Remember His grace. Remember His salvation of us. Remember the Lamb who was slain so that we might have the wrath of God pass over us. Remember Your Redemption.
