Twenty-five years after 9/11, Palo Verde High School in Las Vegas honors Barbara Edwards—the only Las Vegas resident killed that day—through an annual ceremony led by Air Force Junior ROTC cadets. Students, many born after the attacks, gather to raise the flag, sing the anthem, and observe silence, connecting with history through solemn tradition.
