This episode is dedicated to Dan Martin, who passed away unexpectedly in December 2020. Dan was the host of the Next-Gen Waterfronts podcast on ASPN, hosting 14 episodes and appearing on my more as a special guest. On this show, Peter Ravella and Tyler Buckingham reflect on Dan's life and legacy with the help of Christian Vetter, Dan's longtime collaborator and friend, and partner at Market Feasibility Advisors.
