Remembering Ellie Pankin

Ellie Pankin was a major influence and role model for nearly a decade and a half on WGY in the 1970s and 1980s. A pioneer woman in broadcasting, Ellie developed a serious health issue that ultimately removed her from the airwaves. She was able to make one more on air appearance before passing away two years later.
