Remembering JW Rinzler

from Blast Points - Star Wars Podcast · host Blast Points - Star Wars Podcast

Hey everyone, just thought we'd put together a little something as a tribute to the incredible author of so many of our favorite Star Wars non fiction books and friend of the show, the late Jonathan Rinzler. He was always so kind and supportive of us, even when we teased him and the weird sounds his cat made. Jonathan passed away at the age of 58 on July 28th, 2021 but his pioneering work, his giving spirit and warm support to Star Wars fans will live on forever. Here you'll find a message he recorded for us for one of our holiday special episodes and the audio from his talk with us in August 2018 in episode 137 where we talked to him about the early drafts of Return of the Jedi. Thank you again Jonathan. for without you we would have nothing to talk about.
