“REMEMBERING OUR NAMES” Tribute to Mental Health Awareness Month With Mark Smith

Welcome to Revive Ministries Podcast. As we go into May, we are reminded of how far mental health has come since the turn of the 20th century to where we are today. However, there is still so much work left to be done. Last month, I mentioned this African Proverb, and I feel it is still relevant to this month’s theme. “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go with others.” – African proverb. “Kindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.” — Mark Twain More on Mark Smith ---- "Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they're never weakness." — Brené Brown
