Brian and Steve discuss Phil’s place in the Memphis territory, his wild arena brawls, his run-ins with names like Jerry Lawler, Tommy Rich, Eddie Gilbert, Harley Race, and the future Sting and Ultimate Warrior, plus his later transformation into P.Y. Chu-Hi.
