Remembering Who You Are

from Dream Worthy · host Morgan Kennington

In this introduction minisode of Dream Worthy, Morgan talks about the foundational concept of remembering who you are and why that very principle is so important to understand if you want to live your life with intention and purpose. As human beings we are deisnged to have desires, to be creative and to feel joy, but we also have a natural tendancy to operate from a place of stress and self doubt- especially when you factor in the responsiblities of children, work/business, relationships, etc. It can be far too easy to get stuck in that place of stress and doubt, which inevitably causes you to forget who you are, and to even question your worth. Too many of us live our lives that way, and that's why Morgan feels it's so crucial to understand this spiritual concept, and to have an anchor, a practice that brings you back to remembrance of the truth each and every day. Because when you're able to walk through your life knowing in your core that you are a inherently worthy soul with infintite potential, and that you were designed by God- there is NOTHING that can stop you from living your greatest life.   To connect w/Morgan follow her on Instagram @morgan.kennington  :)  To join the waitlist for the Dream Worthy Collective coaching program, keep an eye out for the registration link which will be posted soon!
