In the first part of today's show, we looked at whether working from home could help solve the global fertility crisis. With birth rates falling in many countries, we discussed whether flexible work, less commuting, and more time at home could actually make it easier for people to start families. Today's unpopular opinion was that online friendships are just as valid as “real-life” friendships. We explored how relationships formed through gaming, communities, and social platforms can be just as meaningful, supportive, and long-lasting as those formed face-to-face.
