Why do so many people seem to have the same personality today? In this episode, I introduce the idea of the “ETF personality”—a mindset that becomes increasingly safe, average, and predictable by copying successful people. While this approach may reduce risk, it also weakens individuality and human appeal. Drawing on literature, business, sales experience, and the rise of AI, I argue that genuine charisma comes from imperfection, obsession, personal bias, and lived experience.
