聖經加拉太書5：22-23「聖靈所結的果子，就是仁愛、喜樂、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信實、 溫柔、節制；這樣的事沒有律法禁止。」 什麼樣的情況下你最難忍耐？忍耐不是一件容易的事！原因之一是，我們總希望事情總是按照我們的方式進行，也按照自己的時間表進行。不同於一般人的看法，基督徒因為知道神掌權，所以能冷靜地接受環境不如自己的心意；因為知道自己不完美，願意順服上帝，不讓自己受到私慾的支配。
